Free shipping within New Zealand for orders over $250 will be shipped via NZ Post Courier. This is a tracked service that takes on average 2 – 4 days to arrive. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays can occur from time to time.

Beringia Return Policy
Returns
We will accept the return of unused goods for 30 days after purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in like-new condition and in the original packaging, and we will process your refund.
To initiate this process please email us at team@beringia.co.nz along with your Order Number and we will email you a return authorization form.
Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we have made a shipping error or there is a warranty issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once processed, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven (7) days.
Sale items
Only regular priced and sale items may be refunded. “Clearance” or items marked “final sale” cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, send us an email at team@beringia.co.nz and we will send you a return authorization form.
Back orders/Pre orders will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. Please contact us at team@beringia.co.nz for the estimated delivery date.
Beringia Warranty Policy
We are incredibly proud of our craftsmanship and offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our products. If your Beringia product ever fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, simply email us at team@beringia.co.nz and we’ll arrange to repair or replace it free of charge.
Please note this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.
