Refund policy

Returns 

We will accept the return of unused goods for 30 days after purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in like-new condition and in the original packaging, and we will process your refund.

To initiate this process please email us at team@beringia.co.nz along with your Order Number and we will email you a return authorization form.

Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we have made a shipping error or there is a warranty issue.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once processed, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven (7) days. 

Sale items & Outlet items

Only regular priced and sale items may be refunded. “Clearance” items, or items marked “final sale”, or items in our Outlet section cannot be refunded.
